How long will my order take to arrive?

To get the best possible prices for the best quality goods, your order may be shipped from one of our UK suppliers, or one of our international suppliers. Therefore it could take between 5 and 40 working days for your parcel(s) to arrive from date of order. We will give you as much information as we can about delivery times for each item in the description of that item, so please read it carefully to make sure you have time for delivery, especially for presents for special occasions. If you need a faster delivery, please contact us to see if we can get it to you faster - although in some cases this will require a postal charge.

Can I track my order?

Some of our suppliers do automatically supply tracking numbers, some do not. We can usually supply tracking codes for long delivery times. If you need to track your order please contact us and we will do our best to get you a tracking number.

 What if I want to return an item?

If you have a need to return an item for any reason please click on our Returns Policy page and follow the detail.

How can I get in touch if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any questions or queries about your order, or any other thing you want to ask about, please click on our Contact us page, and send us a message. We will aim to reply to you within 2 working days.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently you can pay using your Visa or Mastercard Credit or Debit card, or by Paypal and Amazon Pay.

Will my order all arrive at the same time, and in one parcel?

Depending on what you have ordered, sometimes different items come from different suppliers, so it is possible that your order will be delivered in different parcels.
